The eye reminds us: When the heart awakens, it remembers how to see. Deceptively simple in form, this piece demanded presence, patience, and precision to bring to life, echoing the inner work of transformation. It is hope incarnate.

Keith Haring stands as one of my all-time favorite artists, a beacon of creativity whose potent messages resonate with minimal embellishment. As a prolific queer artist flourishing in the vibrant tapestry of the 80s and early 90s, his heart adorned with dancing stick figures remains an emblematic icon.

In my endeavor, I sought to capture the essence of his artistry while infusing it with my own spirit. The added eye symbolizes the awakened heart, a delicate enhancement that breathes deeper meaning into the narrative. When the mind and heart unite, one gazes upon the world through a transformative lens.
